Watch the incredible love story of Derek and Logan, who are connected through marriage, and through organ donation. Derek had primary sclerosing cholangitis, a progressive disease that had begun to severely affect his quality of life. Logan donated a piece of her liver to Derek, and the procedure was performed at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center in Burlington, Mass. Today, Derek is back to all the activities he enjoys, and the couple have many more years of laughter and love to look forward to.
